When you create an account, we generate a unique 32-character credential. This is your only way to access your account - there's no username, email, or password. Keep it safe as it cannot be recovered if lost.

We accept various cryptocurrencies via Heleket. Credit card payments via Stripe are also available.

We maintain zero logs of your activities. We don't track IP addresses, browsing habits, or usage. We only store what's necessary for service operation: your credential and balance.

Unfortunately, if you lose your credential, there's no way to recover your account. This is by design - we have no way to verify your identity. Always keep multiple secure backups of your credential.
